This Smoothie will refresh you after a long day of slavin’
– or after a tough Downward Dog.
Grab yourself a blender – and an attitude.
…Let’s hook you up… (the prep time is under 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 2 cups of mango slices
- 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 sprig of finely chopped mint
Optional:
- Protein Powder
- 4 shots of rum, vodka or your favorite liquor
Directions:
- Dump the ingredients in your blender and blend until it’s smooth
- Add your liquor and continue to blend
- You can add more water or orange juice if your blend is too thick or if you add protein powder.
Then turn on your sun lamp, kick back and enjoy a virtual trip to the beach!
