Can you travel to Azul Beach Hotel by Karisma on the Mexican Riviera and do Yoga?
Of course you can but I’ll be honest with you.
My Cow Face Pose is one I strike when my Gourmet Inclusive vacation presents a medium-rare steak posing on my plate at the Blue Restaurant. If you even hear the words, “Half Lord of the Fishes”; it just means I’m headed for the Lobster.
I work up a whopping appetite in the water. Paddleboat wars, kayaking and boogie boards are a great way to enjoy the turquoise water. It’s a good idea to recharge and refresh during these hours under the sun.
I recommend a few calorie breaks at La Mancha. This is the coolest Caribbean Cafe known pretty much as “The Spot on the Corner”. Ice cold jungle fruit smoothies with a grilled sandwich have me back on the sea in no time at all.
Afternoons are perfect for skittering Hobie cats and strapping on the snorkeling gear. No worries if it’s your first time because you can get plenty of free coaching and be having fun right away.
Scuba diving clinics are conducted in the pool by pros. Little tip here is to check out all the Azul Beach scuba info online before you leave home. You can do certain things in advance of your vacation that will make your dive clinic a better experience. Don’t forget to bring some extra bucks because Scuba is not part of the inclusive package.
Late afternoon is perfect for hanging out at any of the three pools or laughing on the ocean water slides. You can always get hydrated poolside and make plans to enjoy the nightlife.
Beach parties are a crazy mix of delicious foods and amazing beverages with a zesty spring break flavor. If you don’t want to end the night with sand between your toes, you can opt for a magic show and even raise your hand when the hypnotist asks for a volunteer.
This is a resort experience that offers top drawer amenities and services for the entire family. It is one of those rare places where you can take the grandparents and the kids, knowing that everyone will leave better connected and sharing memories for the rest of their lives.
I may not choose yoga during my stay at Azul Beach but I’m easy to spot on the plane ride home. I’m the one in the classic Happy Baby Pose and smiling.
