Alma has been in the Travel industry for over 25 years, and has traveled extensively in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean. She speaks fluent Spanish and focuses on destinations in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta, where she lived for a time and knows like the back of her hand!
Alma focuses on the both the Hard Rock Resorts and the Palace Resorts. She is a certified Palace Pro Specialist (and Platinum Level Agent), which includes being a certified Specialist in Palace Resorts Weddings, Honeymoons and Vow Renewals, and is also Triple Platinum Level Hard Rock Resorts Expert.
In addition, Alma has been to every Palace resort and most of the Hard Rock resorts. She’s very involved with the teams at each of the properties in order to stay current on all the latest information and happenings that you should be aware of.
